What the enquiry form does

When you send an enquiry, the details you type — your enquiry type, name, email address, company, phone number, the sector or service you mention and your message — are passed to our email delivery service, which sends them as an email to our Doha office. Your email address is used as the reply address on that email.

The information is not written to a database, and this website does not keep a copy of your draft: what you type stays in the page until you send it or leave, and is cleared when you close or reload the page.

Technical records

To stop automated abuse, our server briefly keeps the network address of recent senders in memory so it can limit repeated submissions. If the email service refuses a message, the failure is written to our server log so we can fix it. These records are short-lived and are not used for marketing or profiling.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not ask you to create an account or upload a CV.

Contacting us by email or phone

If you write or call, we use those details only to respond to your enquiry. Write to info@tmsglobalai.com with any question about your information, or to ask us to delete an enquiry you sent.
